Upon receiving your inquiry, we will arrange a discovery call to discuss all the lovely details! During this stage, I hope to get to know you, see if we're a good fit, and talk about all things design! Please know there is no obligation to move forward with any service during or after the call.

After our phone call, I will promptly send you all the essential documents to secure your spot on my calendar. Additionally, I'll provide you with a branding questionnaire to dive deeper into the specifics of your custom brand design.

Did you know that your business possesses a unique personality, much like a human? It has close friends, a distinct voice, and specific environments where it truly flourishes. My role is to uncover your brand's true identity and consolidate it into a beautifully designed PDF for your easy reference throughout your business planning journey.

Creative Direction

At this stage, we have had detailed discussions about your brand style, completed the comprehensive branding questionnaire, and dived deep into the intricacies of your brand personality. However, to ensure perfect alignment, I go the extra mile by creating a visual mood board for creative direction. Once you approve the mood board, I have everything I need to start designing!

We are now fully equipped to create a stunning visual identity. Once the initial concepts are ready, I’ll present you a branding presentation with your logos and examples of practical applications (mockups).
Revisions
The stage where we make it just right!
Once you've had the opportunity to review the initial concepts and gather your thoughts, you will share your valuable feedback with me. I place great emphasis on listening attentively to all your requests, ensuring that the revision process is as smooth as possible.

You’re ready to launch! You’ll find your custom branding conveniently located in a Dropbox folder for quick access. And to ensure you make the most of your custom brand, I'll craft a special brand style guide just for your business. This guide will walk you through using your brand elements and how to keep your brand consistent. You'll also receive a client feedback form to ensure complete satisfaction and provide valuable insights for refining future projects.
